The offline academy, which was open to all students, saw more than 45 participants from BSJ and other high schools in Greater Jakarta. During the five-day programme, students learned a systematic, comprehensive approach to solving real-world problems through fun and interactive lessons. The students were also mentored by members of the Harvard Crimson Business Board, with whom they communicated directly through email, both during and after the program. The Harvard Crimson Summer Leadership Academy also connected students with faculty members and high-achieving students at Harvard University. “We are especially thrilled to welcome the Harvard mentors to our campus. We hope our students will be inspired and encouraged by them, as many BSJ alumni over the years have received offers and been admitted to top universities in the world, including Harvard University,” said BSJ principal David Butcher.
